The Pros & Cons Of A 360 Record Deal
In 360 deal contracts, the label gets a piece of all income streams.
It was supposed to be a great offer to both the label and the artist because it means the label benefits from creating opportunities for the artist outside of music.
What ends up happening is the manager creates those opportunities and the label still gets a cut of the income.
