Ciara has no talent for the performing arts, poor thing cannot put 2 and 2 together and see the correlation between her appalling sales and lack of appeal, it not bad management of lack of promotion that is causing to fail it is due primarily her lack of TALENT.

 You have to have a lot of vocal control to elevate your voice and carry it out without necessarily singing louder, your just singing with more power rather than  volume.
