Ciara voice is just ooh's and ahh's, moaning and groaning, whispering and panting. It's not singing in the least, she's overcompensating because she cannot perform or cut a track without mass overproduction or dancing like Natalie Cole, Kelly Clarkson, Whitney Houston, Carrie Underwood, Taylor Swift, Cher, Dame Shirley Bassey, Barbra Streisand, etc.
