Well in order for a label to promote an artist on the level as Rihanna and Beyonce and Nicki Minaj is if that artist is profitable. Ciara music isnt profitable. they not going to risk spending millions to promote her if her music sells isn't going to make the money they spent promoting it. Simple.
Sad to say, Ciara is just like Keyshia Cole. Dedicated fan base who continues to support they music that allows them to stay on labels and putting out music but they will never be mainstream.
